Before you join
The things worth knowing first
What does it cost to open a shop?+−
Opening your shop is free. You keep your own prices. We go over any platform and card-processing details with you before you list your first product.
When do I get paid?+−
You connect your own Stripe account, so card payments go straight to you on Stripe’s normal payout schedule. The money is yours — we don’t hold it.
Who delivers the order?+−
You choose. Customers can pick up at your counter, you can deliver the way you already do, or we help you set up a separate arrangement.
Who handles refunds?+−
You run your own orders and refunds, the same as your own store. Our team is there to help when something goes wrong.
What can I sell?+−
Filipino food, pasalubong, groceries and the goods you already sell. A few categories aren’t allowed — we confirm yours when you apply.
Does an order ship to the Philippines automatically?+−
No. A shop order and a balikbayan box are separate. Your shop is a storefront for families here — packing and shipping a box are booked on their own.

Do I need an online store already?+−
No. If you can send a text, you can run a shop. You add a photo and a price, and the app does the rest.
Do I have to stock anything new?+−
No. You sell what is already on your shelves. Nothing to buy first, no minimums.
Can I keep selling on Facebook and in my store?+−
Yes. Your shop is one more place to sell, alongside your store, your website, and your social media.
What happens after I apply?+−
Our team reviews your application. If it is a fit, we send you a link to set up your shop and add your first products.
