Step 2
Book a free pickup
Book online, in the app or on Messenger, and choose the day we come to your door.
Step 3
Fill your declaration
Fill in your customs declaration in the app. A voice guide in English and Tagalog helps you, and there’s nothing to print.
Step 4
We pick up your boxes
Our courier comes to your door on your pickup day and takes your boxes.
Step 5
To our Toronto warehouse
Your boxes come to our warehouse in Toronto, ready for the next container.
Step 6
Loaded into a container
We load a container every 2 weeks, so your boxes don’t wait long.
Step 7
Sails to Manila
The container sails to Manila, and we handle customs.
Step 8
Delivered to your family’s door
We deliver door to door to your receiver in the Philippines.
