Which role is right for me?+−
There are two kinds of agent. Be a booking agent if you want to help people book shipments — your phone is all you need. Be a pickup agent if you want to run pickups in your own area. Opening a shop in the app is a feature either kind can turn on, so you don’t choose it as a separate role.
Who can apply?+−
Anyone in Canada with a smartphone can be a booking agent. To run your own pickups as a pickup agent, you also need a car or a courier and some space to keep boxes. Either way, you can open a shop.
Do I need experience?+−
No. You don’t need to have shipped boxes or run an online store before. We show you how it works, and the app keeps everything in one place.
What happens after I apply?+−
Our team reviews your application for the path you chose. If it’s a fit, we send you a link to set up and sign the agreement.
