When using Move For Less You Agree to these..

Introduction

These terms and conditions are binding and non-negotiable. No agent or employee of Move For Less or the shipper may alter them.

THE BILL OF LADING

The Move For Less Bill of Lading is non-negotiable. The Shipper, by signing, acknowledges its preparation by either the Shipper or Move For Less and accepts these terms for themselves and as an agent for anyone else with an interest in the shipment.

SHIPPER’S OBLIGATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The Shipper agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of any country involved in the shipment. The Shipper ensures that no prohibited items are included and that each article is properly described and packed for safe transportation. The Shipper acknowledges that the shipment may be inspected by customs and accepts that Move For Less may abandon or release any items deemed unacceptable or misdeclared, without liability. The Shipper will indemnify Move For Less against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from non-compliance and is responsible for any expenses incurred due to non-declaration or misdeclaration.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Move For Less’s liability for loss or damage is limited to $100.00 per box unless additional insurance is purchased. This limitation applies to all goods under the Bill of Lading and/or Packing List.
LIABILITIES NOT ASSUMED
Move For Less strives for timely delivery but is not liable for misinformation, failure to provide information, or delivery delays. The company is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, or non-delivery due to acts of God, force majeure, the Shipper’s actions, customs or government officials’ actions, the nature of the shipment, or shipment of prohibited items. Move For Less is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, even if aware of the potential for such damages.
CLAIMS
The Shipper must submit written claims for damage or shortage within 30 days after delivery and for non-delivery or misdelivery within 90 days from the date of shipment. Claims must be addressed to Move For Less at [Company Address]. No claims will be accepted outside these time limits.
APPLICABILITY
These terms and conditions apply to Move For Less, its agents, affiliates, and their employees.
